BACBUCKS Affiliate Agreement
(Version 4.0 â Effective March 15, 2026)
Parties:
Company: BACBUCKS, a Florida limited liability company, its affiliates, assigns, subsidiaries, and successors (âBACBUCKS,â âCompany,â or âWeâ). BACBUCKS is a software company that increases relationships and traffic synergies by introducing different B2B companies to each other.
Affiliate: [Insert Affiliateâs Legal Company Name / Individual Name] (âAffiliateâ or âYouâ).
Recitals:
WHEREAS, BACBUCKS operates a software platform that facilitates B2B introductions and marketing connections for bacteriostatic water and reconstitution solutions labeled exclusively for laboratory/research use only;
WHEREAS, Affiliate operates websites, forums, email lists, or other promotional channels and wishes to promote these products through BACBUCKSâs affiliate program in exchange for commissions under a two-tiered rev-share structure;
WHEREAS, all promotions must strictly comply with âResearch Use Onlyâ (RUO) restrictions and applicable laws, with no implication of human, clinical, veterinary, or therapeutic use;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Definitions
Products: Bacteriostatic water, reconstitution solutions, and related lab supplies labeled âFor Research Use Only â Not for human consumption, injection, veterinary use, or any therapeutic/diagnostic purpose.â
RUO Requirements: Products are sold solely for laboratory/research purposes. No license or permission is granted for human, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
Promotional Materials: Banners, links, widgets (including earnings calculators), text, images, or other content provided or approved by BACBUCKS.
Commission: The percentage of net sales paid to Affiliate as set forth in Section 5.
Sub-Affiliate: Any affiliate recruited by You who joins the program through Your unique recruitment link or code.
2. Appointment and Scope
BACBUCKS appoints You as a non-exclusive affiliate to promote the Products via approved links and materials. Sales, fulfillment, customer service, and all product-related responsibilities rest with the independent suppliers partnered through the platform. You may promote only on Your own channels and must obtain prior written approval for any new channels or custom materials. This is a two-tiered affiliate program.
3. Obligations of Affiliate
3.1 Compliance with Laws and RUO Policy. You shall:
Promote Products solely as laboratory/research supplies.
Include the following (or substantially similar) disclaimer prominently on every page, post, email, or widget containing a referral link or widget:
âThese products are sold for laboratory/research use only (RUO). They are not for human consumption, injection, veterinary use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical purpose. Misuse violates federal law. BACBUCKS makes no claims regarding safety or efficacy for any non-research use.â
Never use terms suggesting human application (e.g., âreconstitute your peptides,â âfor bodybuilding,â âwellness,â dosing charts tied to peptides, or before/after implications).
Comply with all FTC endorsement/disclosure rules (#ad or âaffiliate link â we may earn a commissionâ), FDA regulations, Florida laws, CAN-SPAM, and anti-spam requirements.
Not modify BACBUCKS-provided materials without written approval.
3.2 Prohibited Activities. You shall not:
Provide or create reconstitution calculators, dilution guides, mixing instructions, or widgets that reference peptides, specific compounds, human dosing, vial + peptide combinations, or any non-generic lab math that could imply real-world human/research-compound use.
Bundle, co-market, or appear alongside peptide sales in a way that suggests the Products are intended for peptide reconstitution in a human context.
Use any widget that shows âhow to reconstituteâ unless it is purely generic volume math hosted and controlled by BACBUCKS.
Make any health, performance, or treatment claims.
Engage in misleading advertising, spam, trademark infringement, fake IPs, bots, or fraudulent traffic.
Target minors or restricted jurisdictions.
3.3 Widgets Specifically.
Earnings Widget (âPowered by BACBUCKS â See How Much Youâd Earnâ): Permitted if it clearly states âHypothetical earnings example only. Actual commissions vary. For research use only.â
Reconstitution or Volume Widgets: Prohibited if they reference peptides or human-use scenarios. You may only link to BACBUCKSâs own generic lab-volume guide (hosted on our domain).
4. Company Obligations
Provide approved promotional materials, tracking links, and widgets.
Track referrals and pay commissions per Section 5.
Maintain the two-tier program structure.
5. Commissions and Payments (Two-Tier Rev-Share)
Commissions are paid on net sales (after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and shipping). Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal, bank transfer, or other method you designate.

Examples:
You generate a $100 sale â You earn $20.
You recruit a Sub-Affiliate who generates a $100 sale â Sub-Affiliate earns $20; You earn $5 override â BACBUCKS pays $25 total.
Cookie / Attribution Window: 60 days from the first click on Your unique tracking link or use of Your affiliate code. Last-click wins attribution.
Qualifying Sales: Only tracked, completed, non-refunded orders. Self-referrals, test orders, and fraudulent sales do not qualify. Minimum payout threshold is $100.
You must provide Your legal company name (or individual name) and accurate bank account / payment information during signup or via the affiliate dashboard. BACBUCKS will use this information solely for commission payments. All payments are subject to verification and applicable tax reporting (1099 or equivalent).
6. Termination & Cancellation Rights
BACBUCKS may terminate Your account (and any Sub-Affiliates You recruited) at any time, with or without notice, if We determine fraud, chargebacks, suspicious activity (including fake IPs, self-referrals, or refund abuse), or any violation of this Agreement, the Program Guidelines, or RUO policy. Upon termination You must remove all links and materials within 48 hours. Previously earned commissions on fraudulent sales may be clawed back.
7. Intellectual Property
BACBUCKS grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved logos, trademarks, and materials solely for promoting the program. All other rights reserved.
8. Representations and Warranties
You represent that You have full authority to enter this Agreement and that all promotional activities will comply with applicable laws.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BACBUCKS, its affiliates, assigns, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from Your breach of this Agreement, RUO violations, or Your promotions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BACBUCKSâs liability is limited to the amount of commissions paid to You in the prior 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages.
11. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
13. Miscellaneous
This Agreement (including the incorporated BACBUCKS Affiliate Program Guidelines & Rules) is the entire agreement.
Amendments must be in writing.
You are an independent contractor; no partnership or agency is created.
This Agreement may be executed electronically via DocuSign or similar platform
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Agreement.
